With a single popcorn machine and a clear vision, Ginger Frank opened Poppy in 2014.  She wanted to make popcorn she would feel good about sharing with her family and friends - popcorn made with real ingredients sourced as close to home as possible.

Today, Poppy popcorn is still hand crafted in Asheville using only the best ingredients.
